These terms of sale govern the paid subscriptions and the tips made on the Site.

Purpose
The Site lets a member take out a monthly subscription to a creator and send that creator tips. Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Monthly subscription
The subscription renews monthly. It can be cancelled at any time: cancelling stops the renewal, and access runs until the end of the period already paid for, with no pro rata refund.
Tips
Tips are freely given and carry no guaranteed benefit in return. A platform fee, shown before confirmation, is deducted from every tip; the balance is paid to the creator.
Right of withdrawal
Under article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content whose performance has begun with the consumer’s agreement and express waiver of that right. By confirming a subscription, the member asks for immediate access to the content and waives the right of withdrawal.
Payment
Payments are handled by a specialist provider. The Site keeps no card data. If a payment goes unpaid, access may be suspended.
