Data collected
- • Account data: email address, role (member / creator), declaration that you are an adult, date the terms of use were accepted.
- • Profile data (creators): display name, bio, links, avatar, banner, published content.
- • Payment data: handled by the payment provider; the Site stores no banking data.
- • Usage data: subscriptions, tips, favourites, reports, notifications.
Purposes and legal bases
- • Providing the service (performance of the contract): managing the account, the subscriptions and the tips.
- • Security and moderation (legitimate interest, legal obligation): tackling illegal content, preventing fraud.
- • Transactional messages (performance of the contract): confirmations, receipts, verification outcomes.
Retention period
Account data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts, then archived or deleted according to legal obligations (in particular accounting ones: up to 10 years for invoicing records). Age verification data is kept in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. You can exercise those rights from your account area (data export and account deletion) or by writing to [email].
