Terms applying to creators

Terms specific to the publication of content by creators, covering age verification and consent.

Creating a page (strict opt-in)
A page can only be created by the person it describes. Publishing content that shows another person without that person’s explicit consent is prohibited, and leads to the content being removed and the account suspended.
Adulthood and verification
Everyone shown in a piece of content must be an adult. Publishing adult content depends on prior verification of the creator’s age and identity. No adult content can be distributed until that verification has been approved.
Consent and removal
The creator warrants that they hold the consent of every person shown and can produce evidence of it. Anyone may ask for the removal of content that shows them.
Content rating
Every media item must be rated SFW or adult (18+) when it is published. Adult content is only visible to a member who is an adult, subscribed, and has explicitly unlocked it.
Remuneration
The creator receives their subscriptions and their tips net of the platform fee. Payout arrangements are set out separately.
Prohibited content
The following are strictly prohibited: any content involving a minor, any non-consensual content, and any content that is illegal under the applicable law. Such content is reported to the competent authorities.
